Consulting is essentially a counseling service. This means that consultants are not hired to lead organizations or sensitive decisions on behalf of management. Are advisory and have no direct power to decide and implement changes. The only thing they respond is of quality and integrity of its advice, the elements assume all responsibility arising from the implementation of their advice. Of course, in consulting practice there are many variations and degrees of "counseling." The basic practice and art of the consultant is not only to give the right advice, but in giving an appropriate manner, to the right person and in a timely manner. The client, in turn, must learn to apply and use the advice of the consultant skillfully. These elements are so important that it is appropriate to remember at every moment of the work of consultants and client contracts its services.
